I am a research scholar at the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology–Jodhpur, India. I am currently working on biomolecule detection through electrochemical methods. My interests include electrochemical sensors, food monitoring, conductive polymers, and 2D materials.

  • Synthesis of borophene by chemical and sonochemical methods.

  • Worked on biomolecule detection based on Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP) via an electrochemical route.

  • Electropolymerization of aniline, pyrrole, and EDOT (3,4-Ethylenedioxythiophene).

  • Formation of pores on a silicon wafer using electrochemical route & their characterization (SEM) and studied their optical properties (Raman Spectroscopy, PL, FTIR).

  • Formation of nanosheets of MoS2 using the hydrothermal method, exfoliation method, & CVD method and their characterization (SEM, XRD, UV - Visible Spectroscopy)

  • Extensive experience in developing thin-film technology in a cleanroom environment.

  • Organic gas sensors for Detecting Ammonia and Nitrogen dioxide.

  • Metal-oxide and carbon quantum dot composite synthesis for UV sensing application.

Selected as a Prime Minister's Research Fellow (PMRF), a prestigious fellowship awarded to meritorious students pursuing doctoral programs for high-quality research, along with a research grant at leading institutions in India.

Completed and qualified 41-hour training course titled Nano- and Micro Fabrication Process from Feb. 11th, 2019 to Feb. 15th, 2019 at the Centre for Nanotechnology, Materials Science, and Microsystems from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.

Qualified national exam Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in Physics, March 2017, conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Roorkee.
